Abstract

The invention relates to a heat collector solar incident angle measuring instrument and a measuring method thereof. The incident angle measuring instrument is arranged on a self-adjusting sensor bracket which is fixed on a heat collector and comprises an incident lens barrel, a Y surface dial, a box body, an X surface dial, a base and a holder, wherein the holder is fixed on the base, the X surface dial is fixed on the lower part of the box body, the box body is hinged on the holder through the X surface dial to adjust the included angle between the box body and the base, the Y surface dial is rotationally arranged on one end of the box body, the incident lens barrel is hinged with the middle part of the dials so that the incident lens barrel can rotate round the axial lead of the incident lens barrel, and the incident lens barrel is provided with an entrance hole. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: placing the measuring instrument on the self-adjusting bracket; adjusting the base of the measuring instrument to the horizontal position; adjusting the incident lens barrel to be vertical to the Y surface dial; and ensuring light to pass through the entrance hole and the like. The invention has the advantage that the measurement is convenient and fast, the precision is high, the structure of the measuring instrument is simple and the manufacturing cost of the measuring instrument is low.
